Introducing CustomerVoice

PublicVoice are pleased to announce our new sub-brand of CustomerVoice – New Zealand’s Voice of the Customer Experts.

Here at PublicVoice we are primarily concerned with the business of online consultation and engagement within the public sector. As PublicVoice was born initially out of a market research company we had a wide range of commercial clients who don’t quite fit the PublicVoice profile.

The development of CustomerVoice is an effort to help clarify (both internally and externally) the work we do within both the Public and commercial sector. Outlined below are the key services which CustomerVoice offers:
